Terms of Service

VPNXQ provides cross-border network acceleration subscriptions, with coverage across 110+ countries and 180+ routes. Supported platforms include Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Get client software and subscription details from the user panel. Routes currently available to you are shown in the panel.

This service provides network connectivity and does not include memberships or benefits from third-party websites, apps or content platforms. Those providers determine their own service regions, account eligibility and content licenses. Connecting through a route does not grant eligibility to use their services.

No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. Keep your login credentials and subscription details secure, and take responsibility for activity under your account. If you suspect that your credentials have been exposed or your account is being used abnormally, change your password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.

There is no device limit for use by the account holder on their own devices. This does not permit sharing accounts with others, publicly distributing subscriptions, reselling routes or providing access to others.

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated across the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire. See the Plans page for prices and data allowances, and review your order before paying. Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are accepted.

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and to their use of the service, as well as the rules of any platforms they access. The service must not be used for unlawful purposes, fraud, infringement of others’ rights, distribution of malicious software, data theft or disruption of network operations.

Unauthorized system access, intrusive scanning, bulk unsolicited messaging and other activities that harm service resources or disrupt others’ connections are prohibited. Users are responsible for confirming that cross-border access and related content are lawful, and must not rely on this service in place of any required authorization or permission.

Connection performance depends on factors such as your local network, carrier routing, the status of the destination service, device settings and maintenance. VPNXQ does not guarantee that every route will remain available at all times or that specific websites, apps or regional content will always be accessible.

If you experience connection issues, check your local network, update your subscription or switch routes. Keep any error messages to help with troubleshooting. Refer to site announcements and user panel notices for maintenance or route changes.

For network interruptions or changes to third-party services beyond its reasonable control, VPNXQ is liable only to the extent permitted by applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limit consumer rights granted by law.

You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment. To apply, sign in to the user panel and submit a refund request through the ticket portal. Include the relevant order so we can verify the payment record.

Do not include your account password or full subscription details in a ticket. Contact us through the original ticket about order identification, refund progress or payment processing. These terms do not promise a specific processing time. If you have questions about a refund, add details to your ticket.

For reselling or sharing subscriptions, unlawful use, attacks on the service or other violations of these terms, VPNXQ may restrict connections, suspend service or terminate an account, depending on the impact. In the event of an urgent security risk, necessary measures may be taken first. Users may explain the circumstances and request a review through a ticket.

Changes to these terms will be posted on this page, and the updated month will be shown at the top. Important changes to subscription benefits will be announced on the site or in the user panel. Changes will not retroactively diminish legal rights under orders already in effect.
