Account and Service Data
VPNXQ does not require an email address to create an account; a username and password are all that is needed. Account data includes the username, password credentials used for verification, subscription status, and traffic usage. This data supports authentication, subscription delivery, traffic accounting, and account management. Providing an email address is not a condition of using the service.
Order records include the selected plan, order amount, payment status, and refund outcome. They are used to verify payments, deliver service entitlements, and resolve disputes. Text or attachments submitted through a support ticket are used to respond to that request. Please do not submit passwords, full subscription URLs, or personal information unrelated to the issue.
No-Logs Policy
VPNXQ does not record which websites users access through its subscription services. It does not store browsing history, request content, or detailed DNS queries, nor does it build connection logs that could reconstruct an individual's browsing activity. Temporary session states needed to transmit data while connected are used to complete the connection and are not retained as access records afterward.
Accumulated account traffic and subscription status are billing data; they do not include the websites visited or the contents of communications. Login verification, security events, and order activity on the website and user panel are handled separately from network access logs. Investigating account issues does not require retaining browsing activity.
Access Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources, and entry-point clicks. The data may include page paths, referring pages, browser types, and interaction events. It is used to improve content and workflows, not to build a record of users' activity on international websites accessed through subscription services.
Cookies and local storage may be used to maintain login status, save language preferences, and retain essential interface settings. Treat login credentials as sensitive information, and log out after using a shared device. You can clear related data in your browser. After doing so, you may need to log in again or reset your preferences; this does not delete your server-side account.
Payments and Third-Party Processing
VPNXQ supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payment authorization or transfers are handled by the relevant third-party channel, wallet, and network, each of which has its own data practices. VPNXQ uses order identifiers, payment amounts, and payment outcomes to verify orders. Users are not asked to provide payment account passwords in support tickets.
Business data is shared with relevant processors only as necessary to deliver the service, verify payments, or process refunds. When disclosure is legally required, the scope of the request is checked under applicable requirements; this does not mean routine sharing of all account data.
Retention and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Order, refund, and dispute records are retained as needed for service delivery, financial reconciliation, and applicable legal requirements. Access analytics and security records are retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill their purposes, then deleted or de-identified. This policy does not set one fixed retention period for every type of data.
To access, correct, or delete account data, sign in to the user panel and explain your request through the support ticket portal. Account ownership must be verified before processing. If an order or refund is still in progress, or records must be retained by law, VPNXQ will explain what cannot be deleted at the same time. Deleting an account may affect subscription access and the ability to view past orders.
Policy Updates and Questions
If data handling purposes or service processes change, VPNXQ will update this page and revise the last-updated month at the top. Material changes to processing purposes, sharing, or user rights will be announced on the website or user panel. Where separate consent is required, it will be obtained as applicable.
Privacy questions and data requests are handled through user panel support tickets. See the Terms of Service for service use and refund conditions. This policy explains how data is handled and does not replace the specific terms for an order or service.
